Justin focuses his practice on personal injury matters, such as auto accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, products liability and wrongful death. His other primary practice areas include: general civil litigation, collections, Social Security disability, business litigation and representing businesses and public entities. Justin is committed to providing legal strategy that fits each client’s situation.

 

Justin attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Political Science. After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, he continued his education at the University of Missouri School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Butler interned at the Missouri Public Defenders’ Office and also interned at the Missouri Secretary of State in the general counsel’s office.

 

Upon graduation from law school, Justin moved to St. Louis and began working in a general practice law firm in the St. Louis suburb of Kirkwood. While there he gained invaluable experience learning from seasoned attorneys about how to practice law by not just solving the legal problem but actually helping clients navigate the entire legal process.

 

In 2006, Justin joined Flynn & Davenport, LLC, as an associate attorney.  Several years later, the practice transitioned with a new office name - Davenport, Tomko, & Butler. In 2015, Justin and Kim Tomko opened the doors on their own law firm, and have remained in Troy, Misouri.

 

Justin currently resides in rural Silex with his wife, daughter, and son. They are members of Troy First Baptist Church. He is an active volunteer in several civic organizations in Lincoln County.

Kimberly Tomko

Kimberly Tomko focuses her practice to the areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, modifications and other domestic relations; landlord/tenant; business planning; probate; and juvenile. Ms. Tomko is also a certified guardian ad litem and a certified mediator for civil litigation and domestic relations. Ms. Tomko is committed to providing a personalized legal strategy that is unique to your situation.

 

Ms. Tomko attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medicinal Chemistry. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she attended St. Louis University School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Tomko interned at the Missouri Public Defenders’ Office in the Juvenile Division and second chaired a murder case through the St. Louis University School of Law Criminal Clinic. Ms. Tomko further obtained additional experience as a St. Louis City CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer where she served as an advocate and voice for abused and neglected children in Court.

 

Ms. Tomko has handled numerous cases dealing with complex custody issues, child support, maintenance, business assets and personal asset division.

 

Ms. Tomko resides in St. Charles County with her husband and son. She is a proud member of Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon, Missouri where she teaches second grade PSR. She is an active volunteer in her community as well as in Lincoln County where she serves on the Family Violence Council of Lincoln and St. Charles Counties.
