Kimberly Tomko is a partner in the law firm of Davenport Tomko & Butler, LLC. Ms. Tomko is also a certified guardian ad litem and a certified mediator for civil litigation and domestic relations. Ms. Tomko attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medicinal Chemistry. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Columbia, she attended St. Louis University School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Tomko interned at the Missouri Public Defenders’ Office in the Juvenile Division and second chaired a murder case through the St. Louis University School of Law Criminal Clinic. Ms. Tomko further obtained additional experience as a St. Louis City CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer where she served as an advocate and voice for abused and neglected children in Court.

Ms. Tomko is admitted to practice law in Missouri. Ms. Tomko has handled numerous cases dealing with complex custody issues, child support, maintenance, business assets and personal asset division.

Ms. Tomko resides in St. Charles County with her husband and son. She is a proud member of Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon, Missouri where she teaches second grade PSR. She is an active volunteer in her community as well as in Lincoln County where she serves on the Family Violence Council of Lincoln and St. Charles Counties.
