The team at Davenport, Tomko, & Butler have practiced together for nearly ten years and have a combined forty years of experience. They provide personal, professional legal services to businesses and individuals needing legal representation in Lincoln County and surrounding areas.

Cynthia Davenport
Founder and Partner
Cindy Davenport graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 1995. She served as a clerk with the Missouri Court of Appeals before entering into private practice with a large firm in St. Louis. She returned to her hometown in 1999 to practice with Ed Grewach, then formed a partnership with Pat Flynn in 2004. Cindy represents several municipalities including Hawk Point, Troy, and Moscow Mills. The rest of her practice is currently focused on real estate law, civil litigation, criminal defense and estate planning.
Kimberly Tomko graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2005. Her practice is focused on family law issues, i.e., dissolution, modification, paternity, guardianship, juvenile and domestic mediation. Prior to joining Flynn & Davenport, in 2006, she volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for the St. Louis City Juvenile Court. She is certified mediator for domestic relations and other civil matters. She has also received her certification to serve as a guardian ad litem in domestic relations, probate, juvenile and other civil matters, as well as will and trust contests.

Justin Butler graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2003. Prior to joining Flynn & Davenport in 2006, he worked at a general practice law firm in St. Louis County. He represents the City of Bellflower, the Silex School District and a wide variety of private entities. The rest of his practice is focused on collection/commercial litigation, personal injury matters, disability claims, and some criminal defense work.

Davenport Tomko & Butler LLC is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 104 Professional Parkway in Troy, Missouri. They have three legal assistants to help with matters when the attorneys are in court or client meetings.
